The installer is not signed yet, so Windows will show a “Windows protected your PC” warning. Choose More info → Run anyway. That warning means the app has no certificate, not that anything is wrong with it.
There is no public sign-up. You need a code from whoever runs this server, and each code works once.
Ask whoever invited you. If the app says it cannot reach the server, this page loading means the server is up — so it is likely your network rather than the service.
